Photography and videography will take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in public photos or videos, please inform our staff during check-in.

Venue Safety Notice:

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and the vessel operator at all times.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations made before August 5, 2026, 23:59 (CEST).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 5, 2026, 23:59 (CEST).

Tickets may be transferred to another person. Please notify the organizer in advance so that participant information can be updated.

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, further arrangements will be announced separately by the organizer.
